Meetings with Petra helped me organize my thoughts regarding my work, what I want or do not want to invest my time in during the near future. We discussed my career, in the short and medium term. About the possibilities of getting involved in various projects, taking on new challenges, including a potential change of job position. The opportunity to voice my thoughts allowed Petra to mirror, repeat, and summarize what was said, which in turn gave me the opportunity to look at my “problem” from a distance and from a different angle. At the same time, it helped me better realize what to dedicate my time and energy to, and ultimately make better decisions.
