I have more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, most of it in large international companies. I focused primarily on HR Business Partnering, within which I provided comprehensive advice to managers across all HR areas – strategic planning, recruitment, compensation, talent management, and employment law advice.

I have collaborated on many local and global projects focused on developing the skills and competencies of existing as well as potential leaders. I worked on projects aimed at improving employee well-being, as well as projects to streamline HR processes.
